Job summary

Modern Wealth Management is seeking accomplished wealth management professionals to expand our national footprint. Executive Wealth Advisors are the firm's most experienced advisors, serving top 20% of profitable and/or complicated clients and developing new relationships.

A portable book of at least $45M is highly valued and comes with accelerated transition support, leadership opportunities, and potential equity participation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
10 years experience in financial planning, investment management, or a related field.
CFP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct all Get to Know meetings.
Maximize all new business development opportunities.
Manage top 10% of the team’s client reviews.
Dedicate at least 20% of time in business development.
Work with management team on improving client/prospect experience.
Manage & develop Lead and Associate Advisors.
Collaborate on new marketing strategies, programs, segments, and services models to drive new clients to the firm.
Serves on investment management committee or helps determine firm investment strategies for clients.
