Job summary

Modern Wealth Management is seeking accomplished Executive Wealth Advisors to serve top clients and drive national growth. The role focuses on managing high-value relationships, expanding the firm’s footprint, and leading a team of advisors toward amplified client outcomes.

The position expects a portable book ($45M) with transition support, leadership opportunities, and potential equity participation. A finance background and 10+ years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
• 10 years experience in financial planning, investment management, or related field.
• CFP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Get to Know meetings with clients and prospects.
• Maximize new business development opportunities.
• Manage top 10% of the team’s client reviews.
• Dedicate at least 20% of time to business development.
• Collaborate with management to improve client/prospect experience.
• Develop Lead and Associate Advisors.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and client acquisition efforts.
• Participate in investment management committee or strategy setting.
