The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in client-facing wealth management, holds a Life & Health license, and possesses Series 65/66 with Series 7.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience with clients in financial planning or wealth management.
• 3-5 years of client-facing sales advisory experience within the wealth management industry.
• Illinois Life and Health license required.
• Series 65 OR Series 66 with Series 7 required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients provided through marketing; build trust and convert opportunities into clients.
• Conduct discovery and fact-finding discussions; identify goals and planning needs.
• Present customized financial planning recommendations and retirement/income planning strategies.
• Develop initial retirement and investment planning strategies; advise on advisory solutions when appropriate.
• Guide prospects through the decision-making process and transition new clients into ongoing relationships.
