Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10–15 years in wealth management with comprehensive financial planning.
• 5–7 years of management experience.
• CFP certification within 18 months of hire.
• Proven success in business development and relationship growth.
• Experience leading complex planning across investments, trust, estate, tax, philanthropy.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• High emotional intelligence, integrity, and professionalism.
• Exceptional communication to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Ability to influence across teams and lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities to grow the wealth advisory business.
• Serve as primary advisor for high-net-worth clients with personalized financial plans.
• Prepare and present proposals showcasing fiduciary, planning, and investment capabilities.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and plan reviews.
• Partner with product, compliance, and training to align with firm standards.
• Mentor and coach advisors to strengthen planning expertise and client engagement.
