Job summary

Soltis Investment Advisors seeks a Senior Wealth Management Advisor to join the Texas team in Southlake. You will serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing proactive guidance across investment management and financial planning needs.

You will strengthen client retention by building trusted relationships and leading regular portfolio reviews, while guiding complex decisions across retirement, tax-aware planning, estate considerations, and risk management.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related financial services role.
• Active Series 65 registration in good standing.
• Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships and delivering financial solutions.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, and financial planning strategies.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and lead client presentations.
• Ability to travel, including occasional visits to Utah offices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients across investment management and financial planning needs.
• Strengthen client retention by building trusted relationships and leading regular reviews.
• Guide clients through retirement, estate planning, tax-aware strategies, and risk management.
• Collaborate with the team to design customized investment portfolios and strategies.
• Develop new client relationships through referrals and partnerships.
• Provide mentorship to team members and uphold service standards.
