Job summary

Soltis Investment Advisors is seeking a Senior Wealth Management Advisor in Southlake, TX to serve high-net-worth clients with proactive investment management and comprehensive financial planning.

You will lead complex financial decisions, build trusted client relationships, and mentor team members while supporting the firm's client-centric approach. Occasional travel to Utah offices is expected, with a competitive base salary and incentives.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ experience in wealth management or related financial services.
• Series 65 registration in good standing.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver thoughtful financial solutions.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients across investment management and financial planning needs.
• Strengthen client retention by building trusted relationships and leading regular reviews.
• Lead clients through retirement, tax-aware planning, estate considerations, and multigenerational wealth strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement customized investment portfolios, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, and alternatives.
• Develop new client relationships and expand existing ones through referrals and partnerships.
• Provide mentorship to team members and uphold service standards and best practices.
