Job summary

International Search Consultants seeks a Senior Wealth Advisor for a premier Multi-Family Office in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage UHNW client relationships and deliver holistic wealth planning across investments, estate planning, philanthropy, and governance.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in wealth advisory roles, a track record of growing client relationships, and credentials such as CFP, CFA, or JD. Transitioning a book is a plus, with strong leadership and a path to equity participation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Wealth Advisor, Private Banker, or in a related advisory role.
• Strong track record of developing and maintaining UHNW client relationships.
• Ability to transition an existing client base is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of investment management, estate/tax planning concepts, and holistic wealth planning.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
• CFP, CFA, JD, or other advanced credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive wealth management and holistic planning services to ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Advise on investment strategy, estate planning, philanthropy, and multi-generational family needs.
• Transition client relationships to the firm, leveraging its expanded platform and resources.
• Partner with internal specialists to deliver an integrated family office experience.
• Serve as a trusted relationship manager, acting as the central advisor for clients and their families.
• Contribute to the growth and direction of the firm through leadership and potential equity participation.
