Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished Senior Leadership role to guide Advisory Services. You will oversee Senior and Lead Financial Advisors, drive strategy, ensure compliant client advice, and manage multiple teams within a dynamic wealth management environment.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of experience, strong executive presence, and a CFP with FINRA licenses 7 & 66. You will mentor staff, optimize profitability, and influence firm strategy in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience required.
• 8+ years in wealth management or related field.
• 2+ years in management or leadership roles.
• FINRA licenses 7 & 66 are required.
• CFP certification is preferred or achieved.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Senior and Lead Financial Advisors.
• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership across Advisory Services.
• Manage multiple teams through subordinate managers or a large staff.
• Ensure compliant, appropriate client advice aligned with firm standards.
• Mitigate risk through oversight of advisory practices and accountability culture.
• Coach, train, and develop talent to strengthen performance.
• Make recommendations to senior management on Advisory Services strategy.
• Oversee client satisfaction after investment strategies are implemented.
• Implement and communicate approved advice solutions to staff.
• Manage resources for Advisory Services offerings within the unit.
• Assist with reports on utilization and profitability of offerings.
• Build understanding of competitive trends in offers, pricing, and positioning.
• Partner with peers to cascade knowledge for business support.
• Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff and management.
• Manage budgeting and staffing for large or multiple departments.
