Job summary

Hawx Pest Control is seeking a Senior Specialty Service Professional to perform advanced WDO treatments, including termite and exclusion services, while also handling sales of specialty offerings and general pest services within our Sacramento location.

You will communicate high-level insect biobehavior, identify infestations, and build value through the sales process, delivering excellent customer service while following a daily service schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform specialized WDO treatments with precision and to follow safety and state requirements.
• Ability to inspect, identify pest-related issues, and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Excellent customer service and education on treatment processes, prevention, and long-term solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized WDO treatments (e.g., termite, exclusion, and other advanced services) with precision and in compliance with company and state requirements.
• Provide thorough inspections, identify pest-related issues, and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Execute treatment plans using high-quality and environmentally responsible products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, educating customers on treatment processes, prevention, and long-term solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments, services performed, and materials used.
• Adhere to KPI’s related to quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, completion of work orders, and revenue contribution.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and provide effective resolutions through integrated pest management strategies.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle, gas card, and other assigned resources.
• Support sales efforts by responding to leads, providing recommendations, and closing sales when appropriate.
• Perform general pest control and ancillary services as needed.
