KPFF Special Projects Division is seeking a Structural Engineer in Seattle, WA, to strengthen our waterfront-focused team. You will apply expertise in pile design, bulkhead walls, and seismic design for port developments, ferry terminals, and marina projects.

The role requires 8+ years of structural design experience, SE registration, and proficiency with SAP2000 and other engineering tools. Join a collaborative environment with opportunities for design, project management, and client service

Qualifications

• 8+ years of structural design experience.
• SE licensure required.
• Concrete, steel and timber design experience.

Responsibilities

• Structural design and development for waterfront and port-related projects.
• Collaborate with teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct site visits and assist with permitting and approvals.
• Mentor junior staff and support professional growth.
• Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships.
