Job summary

EnTech Engineering, PC is seeking a dedicated Resident Engineer for a NYCParks waterfront project in Manhattan. You will provide on-site engineering oversight for pile installation and deep foundation work, coordinate with contractors and client representatives, and review submittals and change orders to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology, Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
OSHA 30 certification.
Experience in heavy construction, pile foundations, waterfront/marine construction, or structural work.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site engineering oversight for pile installation, pile repair, and deep foundation construction.
Oversee marine construction operations in tidal zones and waterfront structures.
Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, design teams, and client representatives.
Review shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Maintain daily reports, progress documentation, and quality control records.
Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Enforce safety protocols and environmental compliance regulations.
