Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Sr PM to lead water and wastewater capital projects for municipal clients, overseeing design, permitting, construction support, and project finances. You will mentor teams, ensure schedules, budgets, and regulatory requirements meet stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams, preparing technical deliverables, managing proposals, and supporting business development while upholding QA/QC standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 7+ years managing water/wastewater projects.
• Experience as a Project Manager with scope, schedule, and budget responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater systems, design principles, and permitting.
• Experience with municipal clients and public sector processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple water/wastewater projects from feasibility through closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact for municipal clients.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, subconsultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and review technical deliverables and cost estimates; ensure QA/QC.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, billing, and forecasts.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and pricing for new work.
• Provide construction support and contract administration.
