Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2+ years in field construction management or 5+ years managing an annual $1MM portfolio.
• Strong project management and cost-tracking abilities.
• Experience in water/sewer or municipal environments is a plus.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; travel up to ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality, and project management standards.
• Conduct pre-bid site surveys, contract start-up, and project closeout.
• Track project costs with field crews and subcontractors to protect gross margins.
• Attend pre-bid and status meetings with customers.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, scopes of work, and assist with subcontract awards.
• Assist with scheduling and material procurement.
