Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water/wastewater projects within the Industrial Business unit. You will serve as main contact for planning and design of water, reuse and wastewater efforts across the U.S., with travel as required and a hybrid work arrangement.

You will mentor staff, guide scope/budget/schedule, and support marketing efforts for new projects nationwide. A degree is required, with PMI/CCM/DBIA certifications pursued within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP/CCM/DBIA certification within 12 months is required or on the Approved Project Manager list.
• Lead PM for water/wastewater projects with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as duties require.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead water/wastewater projects as the Principal Project Manager.
• Provide technical guidance, senior leadership and mentoring to engineering staff.
• Own scope, schedule and budget development and monitor adherence.
• Contribute to business development and client services activities nationwide.
