Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects within our Industrial Business unit. You will be the primary contact for planning and design of water, water reuse, and wastewater initiatives across the U.S., guiding project teams and coordinating with clients.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of related experience, and PMI/ CCM/ DBIA certification within 12 months. Domestic/international travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 10 years of related experience.
• PMI, CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months of hire.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% or less.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Manager on water/wastewater projects
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering staff
• Own scope, schedule, and budget development and tracking
• QA/QC of key deliverables and support on projects led by others
• Assist Client Service Leaders with technical marketing
• Engage with professional societies and client relationships
• Maintain relationships with clients' decision makers
