Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead water/wastewater projects nationwide from our Industrial Business unit. You will be the main contact for planning, design, and business development across the U.S., with hybrid work requiring two days in the office.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years’ related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and PMI/CCM/DBIA credentials (or within 12 months). Travel up to 10% is expected; PE license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Certification: PMP, CCM or DBIA required within 12 months of hire.
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally; experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM on water/wastewater projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to staff.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Perform QA/QC on key deliverables and assist on other projects.
• Support business development and client marketing activities.
• Develop relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
