Responsibilities

• Manages water, water resources, wastewater, and stormwater CIP from planning through construction.
• Manages project design process and schedule; prepares RFPs and oversees design contracts.
• Develops construction schedules and manages bids, easements, permits and contractor coordination.
• Manages budgets, schedules, change orders, and warranty issues; ensures compliance with standards.
