Job summary

Ardurra seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead and grow the firm’s water and wastewater projects in Maitland/Orlando, FL. You will guide project delivery, build strong client relationships, and mentor a talented engineering staff.

The role collaborates with regional and national water/wastewater experts to expand Ardurra’s Orlando area business, delivering design and construction leadership while ensuring compliance and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, mechanical or chemical engineering from an ABET accredited college is required.
• Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience designing and delivering projects in the relevant market sector.
• Experience in managing production and treatment projects and/or design/construction management.
• Advanced understanding of principles and state regulations is required.
• Ability to lead a project team to completion of multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff.
• Present solutions and outcomes to client and internal stakeholders.
• Develop proposals in response to RFPs/RPQs and lead teaming opportunities.
• Collaborate with external strategic partners.
• Support delivery of water resources, water, and wastewater projects.
