Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee planning and design for water, water reuse, and wastewater projects nationwide. You will act as the main client contact and support business development across the United States, serving diverse industrial sectors.

The role is hybrid with at least two days in the office and may be based at any Industrial office in the U.S., including Houston, Irvine, Fairfax, Portland, New Orleans, Raleigh, Atlanta, Chicago, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required (travel frequency varies).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water/wastewater projects as Project Manager.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to staff.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Perform QA/QC of key deliverables.
• Support business development across the U.S.
• Engage with client service leaders and industry groups.
• Build relationships with client decision makers.
• Represent the team in project planning and reviews.
