Job summary

Dewberry is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Linear Infrastructure to manage strategic water projects in Richmond, VA. The successful candidate should have over 10 years of experience in the field, with strong skills in project management and client development. Responsibilities include leading project teams, developing project proposals, and ensuring quality delivery on multiple concurrent projects. A P.E. license in Virginia or the ability to obtain it is necessary for this role. Hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the water/wastewater field.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of civil and environmental engineering.
• Proven track record of managing projects regarding scope, schedule, and budget.
• P.E. license in Virginia, Maryland, DC or North Carolina within one year.

Responsibilities

• Lead water/wastewater infrastructure projects for public utility clients.
• Develop scopes of work, fee estimates, and proposals.
• Oversee coordination of deliverables for multiple projects.
• Mentor staff engineers throughout planning and design.
• Engage in business development and client management activities.
