Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management in water/wastewater for municipal clients.
• Florida PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.
• Oversee projects meeting safety, quality, and risk management standards while supporting clients.
• Secure new opportunities through proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
• Contribute to the Florida Market Action Plan with innovative solutions and client expansion.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and diversity through Jacobs’ TogetherBeyond initiative.
• Develop account strategies, lead pursuit activities, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
