Thomas & Hutton in Savannah, GA seeks a Senior Project Manager Water/Wastewater Engineer (PE) to lead municipal and private infrastructure projects across the Southeast. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and build strong client relationships to deliver complex designs on time.

You bring a PE license, 15+ years of water/wastewater design and project management, and proficiency with Civil 3D, WaterCAD/SewerCAD, InfoWorks, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 15+ years of water/wastewater design and project management experience.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, WaterCAD/SewerCAD, InfoWorks WS/InfoWater, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure and process design projects for municipal and private sector clients.
• Oversee preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Direct hydraulic modeling and system analysis using WaterCAD, SewerCAD, InfoWorks WS, or InfoWater.
• Serve as primary client contact including municipalities and water/sewer authorities.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget across multiple projects to deliver success.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance development for engineering staff.
