The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 11+ years of experience, and PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years related work experience.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians on municipal projects.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff, identifying developmental growth opportunities.
