Job summary

CPH in Orlando, FL seeks a Senior Project Engineer - Water/Wastewater to lead design, development, and implementation of projects. The ideal candidate is a Florida-licensed PE with 5–7 years of water/wastewater experience and a hands-on approach to deliver client-ready solutions.

You will manage design teams, coordinate with clients, prepare plans and calculations for pipelines, lifts, and treatment facilities, and ensure safety and quality standards. A $10k sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Florida licensed PE with hands-on water/wastewater design experience.
• Experience leading project design, management, and client relations.
• Ability to seal projects and grow in the role.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline, lift station, and treatment design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions for projects.
• Create and review detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Monitor progress and adjust to ensure proper completion.
• Lead design and preparation of plans, specs, and calculations for pipeline, lift station, and WWTP components.
• Work with senior staff to identify risks and develop modification strategies.
• Ensure safety, compliance with regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, changes, schedules, and status updates.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to management and clients.
