Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for end-to-end delivery of large-scale water and wastewater capital infrastructure projects. This role coordinates cross-functional teams across units to ensure strategic alignment and project success in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater design and construction, with strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge. Travel 30–40% to field sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience managing large/complex water/wastewater design and construction projects.
• Thorough knowledge of water/wastewater processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of large-scale water/wastewater projects from design through closeout.
• Drive efficiency in project delivery and alternative procurement methods.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and opportunities with financial accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between technical teams and leadership.
• Ensure designs adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory processes with local staff.
• Provide monthly status reports on performance, risks, and milestones.
• Contribute to engineering design and delivery process improvements.
