Job summary

CPH is seeking a talented Project Engineer IV in Water/Wastewater to join our Gainesville, FL market. This Florida-licensed engineer will lead complex utilities design, permitting, compliance, and construction operations with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in a consulting engineering firm, proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketchup and the Adobe suite, along with MS Office and project management experience. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering with a P.E. License in Florida.
• Ability to obtain additional state licensure through reciprocity is a plus.
• At least 6+ years of relevant experience in a consulting engineering firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for complex water and wastewater projects.
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with project engineers in other offices and regulatory agencies to secure permits.
