CPH is seeking a talented Project Engineer IV in Water/Wastewater to join our Gainesville, FL market. This Florida-licensed engineer will oversee project lifecycles, provide expert design in water and wastewater systems, and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a strong communication skillset, project management experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across the office network.

Qualificações

• Florida-licensed engineer with strong technical expertise in utility space.
• B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering with a Florida P.E. license.
• 6+ years of relevant consulting engineering experience.
• Experience with hydraulic modeling, permitting and compliance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed project plans: scope, budget, schedule, resources.
• Lead project lifecycle from feasibility to close-out with quality control.
• Provide advanced design in hydraulic systems, pumping and storage.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and client objectives are met.
• Collaborate with offices and manage satellite office activities.
• Travel periodically for business development, site visits, and QA/QC.
