Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our Arkansas team. You will plan, direct and monitor technical aspects of large projects, coordinating multi-discipline teams from development to close-out.

You will establish client relations, support marketing, and ensure deliverables meet budget and schedule while implementing QA/QC. The ideal candidate has 12+ years design experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 10 years related experience; 5+ years project management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong client and project management skills.
• Water/wastewater treatment design experience.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor large water and wastewater projects.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams through project lifecycle.
• Maintain client relations and participate in marketing and meetings.
• Ensure deliverables meet budget and schedule.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and supervise staff.
• Mentor newer Project Managers.
• Perform other duties as needed.
