Job summary

A leading infrastructure consulting firm is seeking an Executive Search Consultant to oversee significant Water/Wastewater projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in project management for complex infrastructure projects, complemented by strong leadership and client relationship skills. You will manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful project delivery while enjoying a generous benefits package, including a strong bonus structure and company vehicle. This full-time position is based in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated leadership on large-scale water programs with projects valued at $200M+.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership over the delivery of multiple concurrent Water/Wastewater programs.
• Serve as a senior client interface maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
