Cambrian Innovation is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to lead design, optimization and deployment of advanced water treatment solutions for industrial clients. You will coordinate projects from concept through start‑up and work with project managers and customers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in process design, experience with high rate anaerobic treatment and MBR, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. PE license preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years of process design & integration experience in water/wastewater industry.
• Experience with EGSB/UASB, MBR, and biological nutrient removal systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• PE license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead system design, installation, and start-up for projects.
• Provide system data analysis and prepare PFDs, mass balances, and equipment lists.
• Create basis of design documents with input from sales/applications.
• Prepare RFQs and procurement specs for major equipment.
• Support commissioning activities and FAT/SAT testing.
• Interface with Sales, Applications Engineering and Project Execution.
• Travel 10-30% to customer sites as needed.
