Wade Trim seeks a Senior Water/Wastewater Process Engineer to join our Dallas Water Team. A licensed PE with a BS in civil or environmental engineering and at least 15 years of process engineering and facility design experience is required.

The role features a flexible hybrid-remote schedule after 30 days and emphasizes client management, design, and permitting tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, organizational, and communication skills, and will contribute to project planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
• License as Professional Engineer is required.
• At least 15 years of related experience in process engineering, facility design, and water/wastewater applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, technical planning, design and construction support on wastewater and water treatment projects.
• Become the client manager for targeted key clients.
• Prepare engineering calculations and supporting analyses of alternatives.
• Develop and complete applications, permits, reports and specifications.
• Prepare and review engineer estimates and design costs.
• Conduct on-site inspections as needed and attend client meetings.
