Job summary

Easton Utilities is seeking a Water and Wastewater Manager to plan, direct, and control operations ensuring safe, compliant potable water and wastewater services for the Easton area.

The role requires at least 5 years in leadership with technical expertise in water supply, treatment, distribution, and ENR processes; a Class 3 Water Treatment Plant Superintendent and Class 5A Wastewater Superintendent certification are preferred, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of leadership experience with potable water and wastewater knowledge.
• Experience preparing capital and operational forecasts.
• Experience planning capital improvement and maintenance projects.
• Certification for Class 3 Water Treatment Plant Superintendent and Class 5A Wastewater Superintendent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control operations for potable water and wastewater systems.
• Oversee maintenance, compliance with regulations, and safety.
• Develop capital and long-range improvement plans and budgets.
• Coordinate with departments and report to the Director of Engineering and Water/Wastewater.
• Ensure field activities are executed safely and with high quality service.
