Job summary

Olsson is seeking an experienced water/sewer modeling engineer to perform hydraulic modeling and master planning for the Water/Wastewater team. You will develop process design calculations, population and demand projections, assist with reports, and engage in client meetings from conception to completion.

Responsibilities include CAD/modeling work, technical analysis, construction documents, and collaboration with engineers on wastewater and water projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, planning, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with water and sewer modeling software.
• Proficient with ArcGIS Pro mapping software.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level project design and review for complex water projects.
• Serves as a technical specialist applying advanced engineering concepts.
• Performs QA/QC to ensure design delivery meets standards.
• Mentors junior staff and helps develop team.
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships.
