Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced water and wastewater engineering professional to lead complex infrastructure projects from planning through execution. The role emphasizes technical leadership, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across the firm’s offices in the Upper Midwest.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s or higher in engineering and at least seven years of relevant experience, with strong governing regulations knowledge and CAD/software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an engineering discipline (Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical)
• At least seven years of progressive water/wastewater engineering experience
• Understanding of treatment processes, hydraulics, and permitting/regulatory coordination
• Knowledge of structural design fundamentals, codes, and compliance
• Proficiency in CAD and common engineering software

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through execution
• Support client-facing responsibilities and strengthen long-term relationships
• Collaborate across teams and locations to ensure technical excellence and project success
