Job summary

Haskell seeks a Senior Engineer to lead water and wastewater design projects within our Design & Consulting Team. You will guide multi-discipline teams, ensure quality design, and deliver projects on time and on budget.

With a PE license and 10+ years in consulting, you will mentor junior staff, manage scopes and client relations, and contribute to business development while advancing critical infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of water and wastewater engineering experience with a PE license.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems, Mechanical, or Chemical engineering.
• Consulting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinating multi-discipline teams and directing the design of pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment plants.
• Building positive relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development efforts.
