Candidates should hold a Professional Engineering (PE) license in New Mexico and/or Texas and demonstrate strong project management,

• 10 years of experience in municipal infrastructure projects.
• PE license in NM and/or TX or ability to obtain it.
• Strong project management skills to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of water production, storage, and distribution systems and wastewater facilities.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet client goals.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to clients and leadership.
