Responsibilities

• Develop foundational engineering skills using established procedures and standards.
• Collect data, perform analyses, and prepare drawings and technical documentation.
• Support preparation of reports, specs, plans, permits, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
• Assist with client communication, project coordination, meetings, and field investigations, including travel.
• Provide construction observation and onsite project representation for water/wastewater projects.
• Coordinate fieldwork with staff and subcontractors and supervise technicians as needed.
• Complete assigned quality tasks and manage technical risks.
