Job summary

Windsor Engineers seeks a Senior Water + Wastewater Engineer | Project Manager to lead delivery on water/wastewater and civil projects in the Portland area. You will mentor junior engineers, oversee technical reviews, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

You will manage client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• PE licensure in MN and/or WA or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years in civil design with water/wastewater and civil projects.
• Experience with pipelines, treatment facilities, and civil infrastructure.
• Proven project management and technical review experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water/wastewater and civil projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget.
• Act as Engineer of Record and lead technical reviews.
• Mentor junior staff and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and maintain quality standards.
