Qualifications

• PE license is a must-have.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design teams in civil, wastewater, and environmental projects.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Mentor and facilitate the professional development of junior staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and align with client needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate engineering activities with the company strategy.
• Conduct regular project reviews to meet technical, schedule, and cost goals.
• Provide technical guidance in design and implementation of complex projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Oversee travel to meet with clients, conferences, or project sites.
