Stantec is hiring a Drinking Water Treatment Engineer to support municipal drinking water treatment projects in Minnesota and the upper Midwest. The role covers technical engineering and design tasks as well as potential business development opportunities based on experience and interest.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in water treatment projects.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota or eligible within one year.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage in client-facing project delivery in municipal water markets.
- Lead planning and design for drinking water facilities.
- Oversee construction administration activities and site visits.
- Mentor junior staff and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Coordinate work across local, regional, and national scopes.
- Contribute to innovation and partnerships through conferences and associations.
