Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in water resources engineering, utility management, or related field.
• Expertise in water balance modeling, water treatment technologies, and conveyance systems.
• Experience with engineering cost estimation and life-cycle cost analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate complex topics for a non-technical audience.
• Willingness to travel domestically (approx. 10–15%).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead for project data collection, analysis, and reporting, presenting findings to senior leaders.
• Design, build, and validate a feasibility model for water neutrality potential and a cost model for resilience projects.
• Lead on-site assessments at pilot installations and gather data to validate models.
• Research and analyze water technologies including MBR, AWG, rainwater harvesting, and ASR.
• Mentor a junior analyst to ensure high-quality technical work.
