Qualifications

• Minimum engineering degree required and FE exam preferred.
• Ability to investigate and evaluate water rights enforcement referrals.
• Experience in presenting information and reports publicly.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate water rights enforcement referrals.
• Work with referrals to correct violations through informal efforts.
• Issue letters and initial orders, hold conferences, participate in hearings, ensure compliance.
• Assist regional offices with enforcement information verification.
• Attend presentations and prepare written reports for public dissemination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
