Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior integrated water resources planner or engineer to join our Water Resources team in Houston, Texas. This role involves planning and directing medium-to-large planning projects and requires significant experience in environmental planning.

The compensation ranges from $100,000 to $195,000 depending on experience, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical and/or field experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Experience with environmental impact issues, associated permit processes, and documentation preparation/review.
• Self-starter attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct medium-to-large planning and environmental compliance projects for federal agencies.
• Prepare, plan, and analyze compliance documents.
• Direct the work of others to complete required studies, documents, and reports.
• Demonstrate extensive public participation, agency coordination, planning, and programming experience.
• Perform other duties as needed to support project delivery.
