HDR is looking for a Senior Integrated Water Resources Planner or Engineer to join our team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in environmental planning, solid leadership skills, and technical expertise in diverse water resource projects.

This full-time role includes competitive compensation between $100,000 and $195,000 and a variety of benefits such as health coverage, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical and/or field experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Experience dealing with environmental impact issues and permit processes.
• Self-starter attitude and commitment to active participation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct medium-to-large planning and environmental compliance projects.
• Prepare, plan, and analyze compliance documents.
• Direct the work of others to complete studies and reports.
• Demonstrate experience in public participation and agency coordination.
