Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Sr Project Manager - Engineering in Baton Rouge, LA to oversee one or more multi-disciplinary projects from scope development through delivery. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client communications, while leading cross-functional teams to meet client satisfaction and 4-for-4 performance goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in managing engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations; assist in preparing technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specifications, and production.
• Lead the project delivery plan using SDA; supervise and mentor teams to project objectives.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, development, retention and performance reviews for project staff.
• Collaborate with Client Service Leaders to assist with business development and client relationships.
