Position Overview

Our Water Resources Group seeks a full-time Senior Water Resources Project Manager based in Minneapolis, MN; St. Paul, MN; Fargo, ND; Bismarck, ND; Madison, WI; or Chicago, IL. Responsibilities include leading strategic pursuits, building client relationships, managing projects such as studies and design plans, and occasional on-site observations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-disciplinary water resources projects
• Mentor and supervise staff growth
• Support strategic growth and market development
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Identify and pursue project opportunities

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational, technical, and analytical skills
• Leadership and team-building experience
• Experience in proposal development, client management, and business development
• 10+ years in water resources project management, with experience in stormwater, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, infrastructure analysis, roadway/transit design, water quality, wetlands, or permits
• B.S. in Environmental, Civil, Water Resources Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Managing multidisciplinary projects
• Leading proposals and business development
• Successful client management

Salary Range

$110,000 - $150,000, based on experience and qualifications.
