Ardurra is hiring a Senior Project Manager for our Watershed practice in Atlanta, GA. The Senior PM will lead green infrastructure and nature-based solutions, watershed planning, modeling, and traditional stormwater projects, focusing on delivery and client service.

Candidates should have a civil or environmental background, a PE license preferred, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Hydro CAD, and ArcGIS.

• Minimum 10 years of directly applicable experience.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork.

Primary Function

The Senior Project Manager will play a crucial and strategic role in leading, supporting, and delivering projects involving green infrastructure and nature-based solutions, watershed planning and modeling, traditional stormwater infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities will focus on project execution and delivery, providing exceptional client service, and mentoring the team. Innovation and collaboration will be highly valued.

Primary Duties

• Coordinating tasks, motivating team members, fostering positive communication, and resolving conflicts
• Actively involved in monitoring the budget, schedule, and quality of projects within the group
• Successful experience in proposal writing to obtain work
• Have strong and established relationships with local municipalities/agencies within the state of Georgia
• Provide technical leadership for projects as a mentor to all levels of the team
• Supervising staff and recruitment of new staff when needed

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or other related scientific discipline
• PE license, or other relevant licensure/certifications is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of directly applicable experience
• Strong organizational skills, and ability to function efficiently within a team environment
• Comfort with AutoCAD, Hydro CAD, ArcGIS or other design or modeling software.
