Garver seeks a Water Resources Practice Lead in Tulsa, OK to oversee a civil engineering team focused on stormwater and related infrastructure. You will plan, design, and implement projects, mentor staff, and drive client relationships for flood control and master planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of civil engineering with progressive stormwater design and project management.
• PE license and CFM certification.
• Experience with stormwater modeling programs such as Stormwise, SWMM, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS (1D/2D).
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships for flood control and water resources projects.
• Lead proposal preparation and participate in project interviews.
• Manage and coordinate project teams for stormwater work.
• Provide day-to-day technical and project management oversight.
• Ensure high-quality design and production.
• Supervise Project Managers and support staff.
• Stay current with industry regulations and trends.
• Participate in professional organizations to raise firm visibility.
