Job summary

EKI Environment & Water, Inc. seeks a Senior Water Resources Hydrogeologist/Engineer to lead hydrogeology efforts, manage complex water resources projects, and drive client relationships nationwide with a focus in Texas.

Responsibilities include project planning, feasibility analyses, design, and implementation, with emphasis on groundwater modeling and water supply strategies. Texas licensure or reciprocity is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Eight+ years of experience as a hydrogeologist or engineer in water resources.
• Active PG or PE license or ability to obtain in Texas.
• Experience with numerical groundwater modeling (e.g., MODFLOW) and GIS.
• Strong client management and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply hydrogeology expertise as a technical resource for water resources projects.
• Develop project strategies and lead technical staff.
• Maintain and grow client relationships across the water resources sector.
• Lead business development: opportunities, proposals, scopes of work, and estimates.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting and scheduling.
