Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP is seeking a Senior Transportation – Water Resources Engineer to join our Richmond, VA office. The role leads hydraulics efforts, focusing on hydrologic analysis, compliance, and hydraulic design for transportation projects.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in Civil Engineering, a Virginia PE license, and 16+ years of related experience, including FEMA CLOMR/LOMR experience and exposure to HEC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia is required.
• 16+ years of related experience is required.
• VDOT Hydraulics, Erosion Sediment Control design experience is required.
• FEMA FIS Flood Study CLOMR/LOMR experience and coordination of submittals.
